Ribera Salud is a leading health management holding in the health administrative concession sector in Spain. It was established 1997 to carry out public-private collaboration initiatives and is the only company in Spain exclusively dedicated to PPP Model.
It´s currently present in two Autonomous Communities. In the Community of Valencia in the Alzira, Torrevieja, Denia, and Vinalopo Hospitals and Prymary Care centers and in Erescanner Salud that manages the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Department. And in the Community of Madrid, it is present in BR salud, the manager of the Central Laboratory Department in San Sebastián de los Reyes that provides coverage for six public hospitals. And the Group has participated in the planification, construction, opening and consolidation of Manises Hospital in Valencia and Torrejon Hospital in Madrid, until 2012.
In the international area, Ribera Salud participates in Callao and Villa Maria del Triunfo Hospitals in Peru, the first hospitals with PPP model in Latin America. The group is the technology provider of many public hospitals in Chile with the electronic medical history “Florence”.
The Group includes also B2B Salud, a purchasing office for logistics and shared services.
Since 1997 Ribera Salud group has developed the "Alzira Model", a model of Public Private Collaboration in healthcare sector.This model, with a long-term strategy and approach, is based on a loyal collaboration with the Public Administration, dedication to the professionals and commitment to the citizens to offer a top quality service, highly efficiently and guaranteeing applying the best-known practices.
